Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship orders only within India.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery to metro cities usually takes 3-4 business days, while other locations may take 5-7 business days.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged on all orders, regardless of the order value.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you make the payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is currently not available.
We may offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your order status under "Track Order" on your account or via the courier partner’s tracking link provided.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery:

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, or courier delays.
In case of delays beyond 10 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

Please email us at spicydrip29@gmail.com with clear photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery.
If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund based on the outcome.
