At SPICY DRIP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Be in its original condition with all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Returns requested after 15 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used, worn, or washed.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Items that have been damaged after delivery.
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable, if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

How to Request a Return

Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. SPICY DRIP reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.
