Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel an Order
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing spicydrip29@gmail.com with the following details:

- Full Name
- Reason for Cancellation
Our support team will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before the order has been shipped, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation by SPICY DRIP
SPICY DRIP reserves the right to cancel any order due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or technical errors on the website.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Inability to process or deliver the order.
If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
