7 Days Return Policy

Introduction

At Spicy Drip, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refund Policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products purchased on sale or during clearance offers (unless damaged or incorrect).
Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Within 7 days of delivery you need to raise the return request through our website by giving the appropriate reason.

2. Our team will review and approve eligible return requests within 24 hours.

3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner.

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pincode, you may be asked to self-ship the product to us. In such cases, you will be reimbursed for standard courier charges upon submission of the receipt.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product as per our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Upon approval, refunds will be issued within 7-10 days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To cancel an order, email us at spicydrip29@gmail.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once you receive it.
